Program Development/Policy Execution

Gholson Consulting Group, LLC specializes in Program Development—transforming ideas into impactful, community-driven initiatives. Our team has designed and implemented the Family and Community Engagement Center, connecting schools, families, and social services; the Wraparound Wellness Center, a trauma-informed model integrating mental health and culturally responsive care; the Bars Behind Bars Music Program, using creative expression to empower incarcerated youth; and Storytime Vibes, a literacy movement for young parents and children featuring guided sessions, role-plays, and community reading nights.

We also provide thought leadership on critical issues in education and social services, including mental health in the Black community, addressing stigma, self-medication, and the impact of trauma within educational and juvenile justice systems.
